"Prairie Meadow Quilt" on display~

Prairie Meadow Quilt
on display at Quilters Station in
Lee's Summit, Mo.
Pattern is available in Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine. Hancock Fabrics and JoAnn's carries the magazine. It will be on display until just before Christmas.

Porch Swing Quilt

This is the "Porch Swing Quilt". It uses a lot of Jo Morton fabrics. The nice thing about this is that I can use one strip of fabric, or a 5" square of a fabric I love, but have very little left of. It was stipple quilted overall and has a very nice "drape". Prairie Point Quilts in Shawnee, KS has the patterns and quilt on display.

New quilts on display at local KC quilt shops!

Prairie Point Quilts has one of my new quilts with a lot of Jo Morton fabrics in it. It is "Porch Swing Quilt" and they have patterns available.

Newly Published Pattern! Prairie Meadow

My pattern is:Prairie Meadow:
:Prairie Meadow on page 74 of the Winter 2013 issue of Primitive Quilts and Projects. The magazine did a fantastic photo of it next to a Christmas tree. I know JoAnn's carries the magazine as well as many local quilt shops. I will post a close up of a quilt I made using my own instructions. I hope many quilters will make their own renditions of this amazing pattern!

Jo Morton "Little Women's Club" quilts were finally completed, also!

Little quilts!

It was a long winter, and I have gotten a lot of things completed. These were all worked on the past two years. The doll is a Gail Wilson doll that I made. The needle book was from a Barbara Brackman class.

Updates on doll quilts

Working on projects & doll quilts

In the past two years, I have been busy creating quilts and patterns that reflect the past. I am pleased to announce that one quilt is being published by Primitive Quilts and Projects later this year. Other than that, I work on Jo Morton "Little Women's Club". I will be working on a book of my patterns, soon. I hope you enjoy some photos of larger projects and a baby quilt that I have been working on. The rail fence quilt ended up 120" x 120" for our king size bed. It is huge!!!
