The General Grant quilt by "Clothesline Quilts"

I am currently working on this quilt for the quilt shop, Prairie Point Quilts, in Shawnee, KS.

Prairie Point Quilts ~will carry the pattern and kits for this. I will have to wait until next week to quilt this little beauty! Hopefully it will be in the shop before Valentine's Day!

The antique quilt that inspires me.

The faded, time-worn, well-loved quilt on the right was the inspiration for me to make a quilt that has the colors and values that the antique quilt might have looked like originally. The quilting designs on my rendition are the same, except for the outer border.
